INEDIT’AS evenings at the Alaire terraces

The evenings at Alaire will have a completely new feel to them from 18th May to 22nd June. The terrace at the Hotel España is joining the Estrella Damm INEDIT’AS evenings to offer a unique gastronomic experience that combines the best tapas and entrées, prepared by chef Carlos Ferández’s team, with delicious INEDIT beer.

Created by Ferrán Adrià, Juli Soler and the team of sommeliers from el Bulli in collaboration with the master brewers from Damm, Estrella Damm INEDIT beer is a unique blend of barley malt and wheat, flavoured with coriander, orange peel and liquorice. INEDIT is especially brewed and produced to be the perfect companion to the best cuisine.
