The name Antoni Gaudí is inextricably linked to Barcelona. Although born in Reus, it was in Barcelona that the great modernist architect built some of his best-known and most-visited buildings, such as La Pedrera, La Sagrada Família, Casa Batlló and Parc Güell.
In fact, it was just a few metres from this park, at carrer Larrard 41, that G Experiència opened in early July. A new 4D exhibition space, it offers an interactive tour of the life and work of Antoni Gaudí, from his birth in Reus in 1852 to his death in Barcelona.
The space features large interactive panels in 9 languages and a screening room equipped with the latest technology (Scope screen, 7.1 surround sound, active 3D stereoscopy, motion and special-effect seats) which enable visitors to explore the life, work and projects of Gaudí like never before.
The exhibition also features models of Parc Güell and Hotel Attraction in New York, a project Gaudí proposed but which never materialised.
An unforgettable experience for admirers of the life and work of Gaudí.
